AliExpress Delayed Refund for Wrong Order

On the evening of October 5, I accidentally placed an order for a razor on AliExpress, and the payment of 363.39₺ was immediately deducted from my account. Realizing my mistake, I canceled the order right away, expecting a prompt refund. However, I still haven’t received my money back. Attempts to contact AliExpress customer service have been unsuccessful, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. AliExpress used to be much more efficient with such issues, but it seems that even a small refund now turns into a prolonged ordeal. I am urgently requesting that AliExpress processes my refund so I can put this issue behind me.
