Alibaba Vendor Demands $700 Insurance on $350 Item – No Refund Support!
I am very disappointed with my experience on Alibaba. The platform allows vendors to mislead customers, and support isn't helpful for international buyers. I attempted to buy a $350 product, only to be hit with a $700 insurance fee from the vendor. This additional fee is unreasonable, and when I asked for assistance or a refund, I received no response. The site offers translation in most sections, but not in customer support, making it even harder to resolve issues. I am calling on Alibaba to address this problem, enforce fair practices among vendors, and ensure prompt support for buyers who encounter such issues.
