Alibaba Refund Not Received
I placed an order for a smart ring on Alibaba.com on 17 February 2026 at around 2:54 PM from Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, India, with order number 291569999501029674. The total amount I paid was ₹2,417.84 via UPI through the Mobikwik app. On the same day, at around 7:05 PM, I cancelled the order within 24 hours, but I have still not received my refund. In the app, it shows that the refund has been processed, but the amount has not been credited back to my Mobikwik or bank account. Since the refund is marked as processed, but no money has actually been received on my side, I am very concerned and confused about the status of my payment. I kindly request that my full payment of ₹2,417.84 be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly of the refund status and any transaction details so I can track it on my side.
