I Report AliExpress Customer Service Only Tells Me to Wait While Order Stalls
I purchased a total of five different items on AliExpress under order number 2710170513610. The items include a strawberry pillow, a silicone cup lid, a straw cover, and a keychain. I paid in full at the time of placing the order, and my delivery address is in Istanbul.
Although 3–4 days have passed since I placed my order, there has been no progress at all. Normally, I have not experienced such a long delay before, and this is the first time I am encountering this issue. Even though the estimated delivery period has not yet expired, based on my past experience, this kind of delay is unusual. I contacted AliExpress customer service about the issue, but I was only told to keep waiting and was not offered any satisfying solution. I request that my orders be processed immediately and that the delivery process be expedited.
