Alibaba Charged Hidden Fees After Payment

I placed an order on Alibaba for an item I needed, paying $150 for the product and $35 for shipping. However, when the product arrived at my door, I was shocked to be asked for additional fees, including a notarized authorization document and a delivery fee.

I immediately contacted Alibaba to address this issue, but their response was dismissive, simply stating, "This is not our concern." This lack of accountability from such a major company is extremely frustrating.

I want a resolution to this issue. I shouldn’t be burdened with unexpected fees after already paying for the product and shipping. I demand either the removal of these extra charges or a refund for my order.
