Alibaba Order Held at Customs, Charged Extra Fees – Requesting Refund or Delivery

I purchased a product from Alibaba priced at $31, but with shipping fees, the total jumped to $159. However, the product got stuck at Istanbul Airport customs, and I was asked to pay an additional $30 along with providing a notarized power of attorney for release.

I requested a refund from Alibaba, but my claim was denied. This entire process has been both frustrating and costly. I either want my product delivered without further charges or my money refunded immediately. I trusted Alibaba for a smooth transaction, but this experience has been highly disappointing. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
