I Face Fraud Concerns After Paying for Alibaba Fan Order and Extra Customs Charges

I ordered a fan product on Alibaba and clearly agreed in advance on the price, shipping, and customs fees. All costs were supposed to be included in the order.

However, now I am receiving messages via WhatsApp from someone claiming to represent Turkish customs, demanding that I pay an extra $600 for a product worth only $200 in order to receive my shipment.

I already transferred all the agreed payments to the IBAN number provided and was told everything was covered. Yet, the sales representative I dealt with (**r***g) keeps asking me for more money, ignoring the fact that I already paid all required fees.

This situation makes me feel like I am being scammed, and I am very concerned about losing both my money and my product.

I request urgent support from Alibaba to:

Investigate this seller and their conduct.

Ensure that I either receive my product without additional hidden fees or get a full refund.

Stop sellers from exploiting buyers with false customs claims and repeated payment demands.

I trusted Alibaba for a secure purchase, but this experience has left me feeling misled and unsafe.
