When I contacted the service center, I was told this is a known issue but isn’t covered under warranty. This response is unacceptable, as it involves a critical safety component. Human safety should never be compromised by poor-quality materials. I demand that Alfa Romeo addresses this issue immediately, replaces the faulty part under warranty, and ensures their products meet basic safety standards. This matter cannot be ignored.
