The Bonus Was Not Loaded After I Set Automatic Payment Order
On August 17, I was called by Akbank customer service and informed that if I set up an automatic payment order for a bill, I would receive a ₺500 Bonus. Based on this, I placed an automatic payment order for my phone bill through customer service. However, despite the time that has passed, the Bonus has not been credited to my account. When I called customer service again on October 3 at 21:30, I was told that no such campaign existed, but that they had created a record of my request. I also did not receive any confirmation message or notification. I request that the ₺500 Bonus be credited to my card. My customer number is 4442525, and I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
