I signed up for the Akbank Axess card for the first time under the "Akbank Yemeksepeti Campaign" offering discounts of up to ₺500. I fulfilled all the campaign conditions, but my ₺500 discount has not been credited to my account. The campaign stated, "The discount you earn from the campaign will be automatically loaded onto your card on April 22, 2024," but it still has not been loaded.
I have created a total of five requests with customer service:

On August 8, 2024, I called Akbank customer service and spoke with Mr. M***** regarding the outcome of my last request. Unfortunately, my request was rejected without proper understanding. My requests were not adequately prepared by the customer service representatives, and the responses I received were often unrelated to my issue. I feel that my requests were answered randomly without proper review.
I am attaching some of the responses I found and campaign information for reference. According to the information provided on the Akbank website, the campaign conditions state:
"Campaign Conditions: Individuals who do not have an Akbank individual credit card and apply for their first individual credit card between March 1-31 and have their card approved by March 31 can benefit from the campaign. Those who apply for an individual credit card during the specified dates and make their first purchases with approved Axess, Axess Student, or Wings cards by April 15 can receive discounts up to ₺500 at Yemeksepeti, Yemeksepeti Market, or Yemeksepeti Mahalle. Only those who apply for their first Akbank individual credit card and make their first purchase at Yemeksepeti, Yemeksepeti Market, or Yemeksepeti Mahalle during the specified dates can benefit from the campaign. The campaign is only valid for online payments. The maximum discount that can be earned from the campaign is limited to ₺500, and the ₺500 discount is a one-time offer."
Despite fulfilling all campaign conditions, the ₺500 Chip Money has not been credited to my account. I have called five times and my requests have been met with various unclear rejections. They have responded without considering what I said.
I expect a prompt resolution to this issue and the crediting of my discount. Thank you!
