My Salary Account Was Blocked Despite Legal Deduction Being Applied by Akbank

Although a deduction was already being made from my Akbank salary account by another bank at the legal rate of one-fourth (1/4), the tax office placed an additional block on my account due to a separate debt. No one has the legal authority to do this. The tax office requested the block, and Akbank carried out the process. However, when a debt deduction is already being applied at the rate of 1/4 from a salary, another creditor cannot impose a second block on the same salary account out of turn. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible, as I am legally in the right. If necessary, I will pursue my rights through legal means.
