Akbank Blocked My Account
Due to a late loan payment to Akbank, my entire salary account has been frozen, causing me significant hardship. I want to emphasize that it's illegal to freeze the entire amount when only 1/4 of my salary should be deducted. I'm requesting immediate resolution of this issue, the removal of the freeze on my salary account, and the implementation of the correct 1/4 deduction from my salary.

Due to my credit debt to Akbank, despite the garnishment notice to my workplace on 02/08/2024, I do not understand why a block has been placed on my account at a different bank. I am sharing the visuals with you and kindly request the Akbank authorities to resolve my grievance.
I have filed the necessary complaints with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), especially through the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER), but I do not know what the outcome will be. I kindly request you to send the release letter to the relevant bank. Dear Akbank A.Ş. Officials, you know that when I cancel my Social Security Institution (SGK) or resign from my position, you will no longer be able to collect one-fourth of that salary. I kindly request you to lift the block on my Enpara account and send the release letter to the relevant institution.
You are the great Akbank Family, you have already seized 1/4 of my salary and blocked the account where my daughter saved her allowance @Akbank.
