Akbank Refused to Restructure My Loan After Starting Legal Follow-Up Process

I took out a loan from Akbank. When I wanted to restructure my loan, I was first told that the legal follow-up process had not yet started and that it needed to begin for restructuring to be possible. However, once the legal follow-up process began, they transferred my file to a law firm and claimed they could no longer restructure the loan, stating that the full debt must be paid. This back-and-forth caused significant financial and emotional stress, as I had hoped restructuring would ease my burden. Despite the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency's decision, no action is being taken. The law firm is also obtaining my relatives' contact information in violation of Personal Data Protection Law, which is both unethical and illegal. I will file every possible complaint to protect my rights and expose these practices.
