Akbank Keeps an Old Debt on e-Devlet and Prevents Me From Getting a Loan

The debt I owe to Akbank, dated 12/07/2012, still appears on e-Devlet, and I even consulted customer service about it. I put everything aside and visited an Akbank branch, yet no one could help me. Even though I have no active debt with Akbank, this outdated record continues to create problems for me. This debt is preventing me from getting a loan. So many years have passed, yet Akbank neither reaches out nor takes any action. Resolve this issue because, due to Akbank's negligence, I am unable to secure a loan. Neither Akbank nor anyone else can provide a solution for the debt that still appears on e-Devlet, and this situation is affecting me in every aspect.

I have been facing this issue for years, and no one is helping me. Resolve my situation immediately. If necessary, I will take this to higher authorities and explain everything. This problem needs to be solved—enough is enough!
