Akbank Unresponsive to Chargeback Request

I recently made a purchase from an online shopping site, but the seller never sent my items. Now, I can't even get in touch with them. I've filed a chargeback dispute with my bank, Akbank, but I'm hitting a wall there too.

I've been trying to contact Akbank's customer service to resolve this issue, but it seems like no one is interested in addressing my problem or even returning my calls. This lack of response is incredibly frustrating.

I'm seeking a quick resolution to this situation. I want my money back for products I never received, and I expect my bank to be more proactive in helping me resolve this dispute.
