My Credit Card Spending Objection Was Ignored for 22 Days by Akbank
I submitted a spending dispute to Akbank 22 days ago, and I have yet to receive any updates—no messages, no emails, no explanations at all. ₺13,000 was taken from my credit card, and while the bank had no problem processing that transaction, they seem to disappear when it comes to addressing the issue. I feel utterly abandoned, forced to search for a solution by myself without even a hint of acknowledgment. At this stage, I am strongly contemplating the idea of submitting a formal complaint to the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK), as I feel there are no alternative solutions available. I sincerely hope that someone at Akbank steps up and resolves this issue. I kindly ask that my issue be looked into and resolved at your earliest convenience.
