Akbank Transferred My Money Without Permission
Without my knowledge or consent, a certain amount was taken out of my Akbank account on September 3, 2024, at approximately 15:47. I couldn't believe that Akbank had already moved money out of my account to other accounts without my knowledge or permission. I am demanding the quick restoration of the funds that were taken because this issue has caused me a great deal of stress. On top of that, I want to get my money and emotional losses back because of this. This loss of trust is quite troubling, and I hope Akbank immediately takes responsibility and remedies the situation.
The email sent to me as a result of my objection letter to Akbank is as follows: After our investigations, we have determined that the transactions subject to your objection were carried out by correctly entering your password on Akbank Mobile; the situation arose due to the inability to maintain password confidentiality. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the amount in question cannot be covered. Akbank has not provided me with any message, call, or information regarding the transfer of money in any way. It is not very logical for money to be transferred from another device outside my phone because even in the case of a device change, the bank requests a new password and does not allow access from another device. Akbank has defrauded me through third parties. I have sent the necessary petition to the Prosecutor's Office. Please support me. The fact that Akbank does not take responsibility for sending my money to others without informing me, without my knowledge, is unacceptable in a state governed by the rule of law.
