6I wanted to make changes to my plane ticket, which I purchased earlier the same day, but Ajet told me that I couldn’t make any changes and that I would be charged a fee if I tried. I reminded them that I was still within the 24-hour period during which changes and cancellations are legally allowed, but they still refused to process my request. I even offered to pay the difference in fare, thinking that might help, but they didn’t consider it. Each time I contacted them, they gave a different excuse, ignoring my rights and making the process unnecessarily difficult. This experience has made me question their customer service and left me quite disappointed.
