Ajet Staff Ignored My Request for Help With Cabin Baggage and Treated Me Rudely

On the 09.01.2025 Erzincan-Ankara Ajet flight (AJET 4151, 14:15), I had an argument with Host K*** E*** regarding my cabin baggage. After asking for help and sitting down, Mr. K*** responded in a way I found confusing, saying we should take the baggage together. I got up, thinking he would place it elsewhere, and mentioned the empty space in front of my seat, but he insisted we do it together despite the crowded aisle. When I asked about his behavior, he said they help the sick and elderly but are not required to place everyone's baggage. I explained I asked for help because I couldn’t carry it, yet he continued rudely, stating that if it weighed over 8 kg, it wouldn’t be cabin baggage. When I requested his name, he initially refused to provide his surname, saying I could complain. Another host later provided his surname after takeoff, and Mr. K*** repeated his stance without apologizing. Upon landing, Cabin Chief M*** D*** approached, apologized on behalf of K***, and explained that he was new and part of an influx of new staff. As someone with 17 years of frequent travel experience, I have never encountered such behavior before. I believe Ajet must train its staff on job responsibilities, customer service, and appropriate behavior. I would appreciate being contacted about this issue. Hacer Ö*** 0530313****
