Ajet Cancelled My Flight - I Still Did Not Receive My Refund

Hi, I booked the flight from Pristina to Sabiha Gökçen on the 16th of April 2025 at 3:05 PM under the booking number "2EGDJG" via a travel agency, and this flight was cancelled by AJET. After the cancellation, I spoke to Ms. M*** from AJET Customer Services over the phone, and she confirmed that a refund of £22.30 was issued to me on the 15th of March 2025 at 01:24. However, the travel agency claims that “AJET never sent the full refund amount of £22.30 to us.” Could you please confirm and provide written proof that AJET refunded the amount of £22.30 on the 15th of March 2025 at 01:24?
