AJet Lost My Checked Baggage and Has Not Resolved the Case for Months

I traveled with AJet from the Netherlands to Damascus via Turkey approximately four months ago, and since then I have not received my checked baggage. My suitcase was completely lost and has still not been delivered to me. Upon arrival at Damascus Airport, I immediately filed a report regarding the missing baggage. The suitcase was not insured and contained personal belongings with an estimated total value of approximately €2,000. After the flight, I contacted AJet Customer Service several times regarding this issue, but I have not received any meaningful assistance, and my situation remains unresolved. I request that AJet either locate and return my suitcase to me as soon as possible or provide appropriate compensation for the loss of my baggage and its contents, which are valued at approximately €2,000.
