Ajet Overcharged for Ticket Rescheduling and Refused My Refund Request

I wanted to cancel a flight ticket I purchased from the Jet company through Obilet for certain reasons. However, when I tried to cancel it, I saw that the refund amount was displayed as ₺0, with the entire ticket price deducted as a penalty. When I called Ajet customer service, the representative spoke harshly, as if they were being forced to do their job. Despite trying to reschedule for the next day, the system showed a higher fare than the ticket price for that day. I was unable to cancel the ticket, and the fare change also seemed like an unfair profit. I request that the necessary actions be taken regarding this matter; otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
