Ajet Did Not Deliver My Zamzam Water and Provided No Explanation

On January 31, 2025, we flew to Samsun with Ajet. However, the Zamzam water recorded on our visa was not delivered to us. No one has provided a proper explanation, and the lack of communication from the airline is frustrating. We were assured at the departure airport that all checked-in items would be delivered. It has been six days, and still, there is no update. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, we have received no helpful response. No one on the entire flight received their Zamzam water. How is this even possible? We request to be informed and for this issue to be resolved urgently.
