irwallex Marked My $200 Bank Transfer as Successful but the Money Never Arrived

On October 6, 2026, at 9:11 a.m., I initiated a $200 bank transfer through Airwallex to my IBAN account at Ziraat Bank. Although the transaction is marked as “successful” in the app and appears in my withdrawal history as a bank transfer, the money has never arrived in my Ziraat Bank IBAN account.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Ziraat Bank customer service. However, I was told that the bank could not take any action on its end and that I needed to contact the sending bank or institution. I am experiencing financial inconvenience because the transaction appears to have been successfully completed in the app, yet the funds have not been credited to my account.

I request an urgent investigation into the status of the $200 transfer sent through Airwallex to my Ziraat Bank IBAN account. I also demand clear information about where the funds are currently being held and that the full amount be credited to my bank account without further delay.
