Airwallex Delayed My Transfer Repeatedly and Still Hasn’t Sent My Money

I’m extremely frustrated with Airwallex due to a repeatedly delayed money transfer that has still not reached my account. I was told the money would be sent multiple times—four in total—but nothing has been delivered. This has gone far beyond an acceptable delay.

I’ve waited patiently, followed up several times, and been promised that my funds would arrive. First, I was told “three days,” then later “soon,” and yet no transfer has been completed. I’m now at the point of taking legal action if this isn't resolved immediately.

Airwallex, this is your final warning. Send my money now. If I don’t receive it right away, I will file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office and take this to the media if necessary. I expect my funds to be deposited into my IBAN immediately—no more delays, no more excuses.
