If your Airtel Payments Bank balance was deducted but the transaction failed;
• Open the Airtel Payments Bank or UPI app and check the transaction status in History (failed or pending)
• Note the transaction ID, UPI reference number, amount, date/time, and merchant name
• Take screenshots of the failed status and the debit entry in your bank statement
• Raise a complaint through the Airtel Payments Bank in-app support with all transaction details
• If you used a third-party UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), report the issue there as well
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
