AirBNb Unfair Compensation Request for Broken Toilet
I reserved a place in vienna for 16-19 June. When I arrived, I see the toilet has macerator pump toilet and there was no information about it at reservation stage. I had to use this toillet. After I leave, Airbnb sent me a notification for reimbursment requet for unclogged toilet. I replied I used it properly, since pump toilet is electric driven electronic device, It can be broken down for any reason. Then they changed the compensation request as unexpected cleaning. From 19th june, AirBnb keeps sending me the compensation request. At the reservation stage, nor Airbnb netiher host did not fulfilled their obligation to inform me as an end user about this pump toillet and now they want me compensation for it. I am repeating, I did use it properly. I want AirBnb to cancel the request and take the responsibility.
