Airbnb Shows No Effort To Solve Our Problematic Stay at The Reservation

We experienced issues with the Blaise Antalya house through the Missafir and Airbnb applications, with reservation number HMMAD2KD4M. Deciding to go based on the house's photos, the area that seemed like a garden in the pictures turned out to be in front of a parking lot. Contrary to the photos, there was no carpet in the house, and the broken air conditioner made the house very cold and dirty. It was not comfortable or enjoyable, and due to the cold, we had to sleep on a separated and broken couch. Having encountered all these issues, we reported them to the host, but their response was dismissive, suggesting we spend the night with a blanket, assuring that they would address it in the morning. Morning came, and nobody showed up; furthermore, we fell ill. When we contacted the host to discuss the problem, they claimed that someone would come during the day. However, by evening, the issues remained unresolved. As a result, we wanted to cancel, but only one day's refund was granted for the three days we had paid for. Unable to stay in such conditions, we had no choice but to leave the house.
