Airbnb Host Rudeness and Apartment Scam

When we checked in on June 19, the air conditioner cooling the living room and kitchen wasn't working from the start. We informed the host, who said he'd call for service. The AC service said it couldn't be fixed the first day and returned the next day, stating the AC's card was faulty. The host said he'd call another service the next day, but no one came, citing the holiday as the reason. We were strung along for 3 days, told the problem would be solved. During this time, we couldn't use the living room or kitchen, and when we did, we were drenched in sweat. Another issue was the non-functioning dishwasher. We had planned to cook our meals, but due to the faulty dishwasher, we had to eat out. On the third day, the fridge stopped cooling properly - drinks were warm, and oil had melted. The AC was the biggest problem. When we reported these issues, the host said he'd tried his best to solve them but couldn't do more. We repeatedly told him about our inconvenience and asked for a solution, as we paid for a 2+1 apartment but could only use it as a 2+0. The host implied that accepting us, six male friends, for the stay was a feat, saying no one else would have taken us. He also said he could easily find new customers if we left. He accused us of leaving the place dirty, which wasn't true, and said he'd have to pay 1500 TL for cleaning instead of the usual 600-700 TL. His implications were inappropriate. Later, he offered to refund two nights if we left on the morning of the 22nd. We agreed, but when asked about the refund timing, he said he could only refund one night, claiming he offered two by mistake. To avoid further arguments and because we had packed, we accepted the one-night refund and left two days early, receiving 5200 TL back. In conclusion, despite planning this vacation six months in advance, we couldn't enjoy the living room for three days. We had to end our relaxing vacation on the third day.
