Airbnb Host Wasn't Present at the Booked Apartment, Refund Unfairly Paid

I came on holiday to Albania for 3 days, came to Sarande from Tirana and on 16 August at around 6 am I rented the house of Fotini for 17 August - 19 August and paid 133.89 Euros in advance. But the next day no one showed up for check-in at 9 am and the host did not reply to any of my messages anyway. The phone number in the application was also not used. After waiting for about two hours in front of the house, a man came and told me that the manager of this house is his friend, so I explained the situation as it was and said that if there was no help, I would cancel my reservation and then go to the police. He sent me to another house with approximately the same name. I went there and the employee there told me that they had similar names and that they were not the same business. I applied to Airbnb with a full refund request, but the host did not respond to my refund request, and after that I included Airbnb in the process. I want compensation for the damage I have suffered. I couldn't stay where I paid for, I was victimized. I want my problem solved immediately.
