Airbnb Delayed My €5,845.31 Host Payout Despite Active 3-Week Reservation

I accepted a three-week reservation at my property in Antalya through Airbnb, with check-in on August 4 (reservation code: HMMQSAMJN8). According to the payment plan, I was supposed to receive two payouts—one on August 5 and the second on August 9. After the guest checked in, I received the first payout on time on August 5. However, the second payout of €5,845.31 was never sent on August 9 as promised.
When I logged into the system on August 11, I was shocked to see that the second payment had been arbitrarily postponed until August 30. I immediately contacted Airbnb customer service, but they offered no solution whatsoever—only confirming that the payout was “delayed.”
I have been a loyal host on Airbnb for years, consistently receiving positive reviews from my guests. I was even preparing to achieve Superhost status. Facing such an issue now is both frustrating and deeply disappointing. This payout delay has left me in a difficult financial situation, especially since I was counting on this money for an upcoming family trip.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that my guest is still staying in my home, with 10 days left on their reservation, yet I have not received the payment that I am rightfully owed. It is simply not ethical for Airbnb to hold back host payments while the service is still being provided.
I demand that Airbnb immediately release my €5,845.31 payout and ensure that hosts are not left waiting weeks for money that should be transferred on time. Such practices damage trust and make it impossible for hosts to rely on the platform.
