Airbnb Brothers Suites Scam - Police Evicted Me

I booked a reservation at the Brothers Suites hotel through Airbnb for June 22-27, 2025. Around 12:30 AM, in the middle of the night, someone knocked on my door. When I opened it, two individuals identifying as police officers told me the hotel was sealed by authorities and the owner had illegally broken the seal to continue operating. They demanded we evacuate the hotel immediately!

I canceled my reservation, but out of the ₺7,669 I paid, only ₺1,967 will be refunded to my account. This is outrageous! Not only was I left stranded on the street in the middle of the night, but I've also suffered a massive financial loss of ₺5,702.

Airbnb, you need to rectify this immediately! You are responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and safety of the properties listed on your platform. I demand a full refund of the remaining ₺5,702 and compensation for the immense distress and inconvenience I endured.
