Airbnb Booking Problem — Paid $149 but Host Denied Entry

I rented an apartment through Airbnb in Skopje, North Macedonia for the dates February 3–10 and paid the full amount of $149 for the reservation. However, when I arrived at the property on February 3 around 7:00 PM, the host refused to let me into the apartment, leaving me without accommodation.

I contacted both the host and Airbnb multiple times and also sent screenshots documenting the situation and the inconvenience I experienced. Despite this, neither the host nor Airbnb has taken the matter seriously or provided a proper response, and I still have not received a refund for the payment I made.

Since I was unable to stay at the property, I request that the $149 payment for this reservation be refunded to me in full and as soon as possible.
