Airalo International Data Packages Depleting Too Quickly
The overseas data packages offered by Airalo are really annoying me. My three purchased packages—2 GB, 3 GB, and 5 GB—were all used up on the first day of very light use across three distinct countries: Belgrade, Vienna, and Prague. Even though I only used it for navigation to navigate my way around, the data was sucked dry in no time.
I activated a 5 GB subscription in Prague today and just utilized navigation twice—to get to my hotel and for dinner. I couldn'believe it—3 GB had already been taken. During the same timeframe, a buddy of mine who bought a SIM card at the airport used comparable services and only used 400 MB. This disparity cannot be tolerated.
I would like Airalo to look into this, explain why they're using so much data, and come up with a solution, like a new plan or money back, as soon as possible. I am hoping to receive an answer soon because this experience has been so upsetting.
