Airalo eats up data too fast, how can I reduce usage?

A lot of tourists say that their AirAsia data runs out quickly because apps keep synching in the background.

To slow this down, go to your phone's settings and turn off background app update or allow only certain apps to use mobile data.

Streaming and video calls use the most, so if you do a lot of these, lower the level of the video or connect to Wi-Fi.

To save mobile data, download maps, music, and media to use when you're not connected to the internet.

Message apps like iMessage, WhatsApp, and Telegram don't use as much data as social media sites like Facebook and YouTube.

Your Airalo balance will last much longer if you use these options and turn on "data saver" mode on iOS or Android.
