Air Serbia's Rude Staff at Nikola Tesla Airport
On August 22, 2023, my family and I arrived at Nikola Tesla Airport at approximately 7:30 PM for our 00:45 Belgrade-Istanbul flight. Aware of the potential risks, we kindly requested that our 7-month-old child not be exposed to X-ray radiation during security checks. Unfortunately, our reasonable request angered the staff. They subjected us to the X-ray machine twice, re-checked all our luggage, and even made me go through another X-ray device twice. We strongly urge the authorities to review the camera footage to identify these employees. Our intention is not to create conflict but to ensure the safety and well-being of our child. We believe that action should be taken against those staff members who disregarded our concerns and acted unprofessionally. Our hope is that this incident can be a catalyst for positive change in the airport's security procedures.
