I Receive No Help from Air Arabia After Leaving My Phone on Flight G9 688 Seat 30B
On July 27, 2025, I flew with Air Arabia on flight G9 688 from Phuket to Istanbul, seated in 30B. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my phone on the plane. When I reported the issue to the cabin crew and ground staff during the layover in Sharjah, they assured me that the phone would be retrieved and sent on the next flight. That gave me hope.
However, when I later contacted @celebiground, I was told there was no such procedure and that no action would be taken to help retrieve my phone. Since then, I’ve received no assistance or follow-up, and I’ve been left completely unsupported. No one from Air Arabia or the airport staff has reached out with a solution or shown accountability.
This is extremely disappointing for an international airline. I am urgently asking Air Arabia and Sharjah Airport to investigate this matter and help me recover my phone. I expect better communication, transparency, and prompt support.
