Air Arabia Website Won't Let Me Complete My Ticket Purchase

For the past three months, I have been trying to purchase airline tickets through the Air Arabia website, but I have repeatedly encountered technical errors during the payment process. I first experienced this issue while booking my mother's ticket. After several failed attempts, the purchase eventually went through. The same thing happened when I booked my father's ticket—after multiple attempts, the ticket was finally issued. However, for the past week, I have tried numerous times to purchase my own ticket, and this time I have been completely unable to complete the booking.

Whenever I reach the payment confirmation page, the system displays the error message "Booking.Api.Onhold.Not.Created" and the booking process stops. I contacted Air Arabia customer service and was told the problem might be related to my phone's web browser. Following their advice, I tried using different phones, different web browsers, and even a computer, but I received the exact same error every time. I will also provide screenshots and, if possible, a screen recording showing the error to help demonstrate the issue.

This ticket is extremely important because I need it to travel abroad for my wedding, and the travel date is time-sensitive. Because of this technical problem, I am facing significant uncertainty and stress. I request that Air Arabia urgently investigate and resolve this booking error so I can purchase my ticket without further issues. I also expect a clear explanation of what caused the problem and how it will be resolved. If this issue prevents me from traveling for my wedding, I will consider pursuing all available legal remedies for the losses and inconvenience caused.
