I purchased a flight ticket today through Wingie for the Air Arabia flight from Sharjah to Addis Ababa, scheduled to depart today at 21:15. I completed the payment successfully and received a confirmation of a completed transaction, but no ticket has been issued by Wingie. The booking was made under the name Mujedin R*** using the email address eberha***@gmail.com. Despite the payment being marked as completed on my side, I have not received any ticket, booking reference, or clear information from Wingie. Because the flight is today, this situation is extremely urgent for me. I request that my ticket be issued and sent to my email address as soon as possible so that I can take my flight without any further problems. If the ticket cannot be issued immediately, I expect a clear explanation and an urgent solution.
