Kiwi.com Flynas Booking Not Confirmed - No Ticket Received

I booked a Flynas flight from Jeddah to Najran on Monday at 7:00 p.m. through Kiwi.com using my email address m7***@yahoo.com and booking number 705794320. I paid 548 with my credit card, but I did not receive the ticket, boarding pass, or the full itinerary. I have been waiting for two days for the booking to be confirmed and the travel documents to be sent, and during this time the prices and availability of alternative flights have increased. This delay has put me in a very difficult situation, as I planned my trip based on this booking and expected to receive my documents within a reasonable time. I kindly request that my ticket and boarding pass for this flight be issued and sent to my email immediately so I can travel as planned, or that an urgent solution be provided to prevent any further loss or disruption.
