Air Arabia Gate Change, Rebooking Failure

On March 26, 2024, at 14:35, I ordered four flights from Istanbul Airport to Dubai, then to Bangkok, using reservation numbers 613326180 and 613339414. Our boarding gate was identified as D1. We waited outside the gate for more than an hour, only to realize at the last minute that the gate number and signs had changed without my knowledge. We recognized this with only 15 minutes remaining, but the gates had already closed, and we were unable to board. Despite interacting with three personnel before reaching Air Arabia's headquarters and filing reports at Çelebi and Merkür for my pals, no action was performed. We experienced damages of almost 90,000₺. They did not issue any new tickets or seat reservations. We were forced to return home after failing to find a solution to our problem. When I brought it up, they said there was nothing they could do. Air Arabia's office workers made deceptive responses, saying that our records were in the system. In addition, I suggest that the Istanbul Airport authorities intervene in such cases and apply penalties. I am demanding sanctions against the airline for these disruptions. I am awaiting a response or refund from Air Arabia officials.
