Air Arabia Flight Cancellation Complaint
My flight from Istanbul Airport to Dubai, then to Phuket, scheduled for March 19, 2024, at 14:30, was canceled without warning under reservation number 613160756. Instead, I was redirected to another airport at a different time, and I was not notified of the change. I spoke with three different people before reaching Air Arabia's office, where a replacement ticket was eventually granted. However, the new ticket lacked seat reservations, and when I boarded, I learned that my dinner reservation was also missing. When I brought this to their attention, I was given a new dinner. Despite assurances from Air Arabia's Harbiye branch workers that my replacement ticket will be processed and emailed to me, my information was not discovered in the system. Additionally, I had difficulty purchasing transit tickets to Sabiha Gökçen Airport with Havaist. I am requesting punishment on the airline for these disruptions. Unfortunately, due to character constraints, I was unable to describe all of the challenges I encountered.
