Air Arabia Denied Refund for Refundable Ticket

I purchased a refundable ticket package from Air Arabia for my trip to Kathmandu, paying extra for the flexibility. At the time of booking, I informed customer service that my plans could change due to work, and they assured me that a refund would not be an issue. Now, due to work reasons, I had to cancel my ticket, and I’ve been told that no refund is possible—only a credit that must be used within a year. Furthermore, I’m not allowed to transfer this credit to anyone, not even family members.

This is completely unacceptable, and their customer support has provided no real solutions or guidance. I expect Air Arabia to offer a proper resolution as soon as possible. Reservation No: 614780710.
