Promise Hotel Closed on Arrival, Requesting Refund for Booking ID 1366914052
I made a reservation for two rooms at Promise Hotel in Istanbul Beyoğlu for September 28, 2024, through Booking.com (ID 1366914052). Upon arriving at the hotel, I found it to be closed. When I asked nearby shop owners, they informed me that the hotel had been shut down for 10 days. This caused significant inconvenience, and I had to find another hotel last minute. I paid ₺3,184.14 for the original booking and now request a full refund. I have tried reaching out to you but couldn’t find any contact number.
