Agoda Made Partial Refund for Incorrect Booking
On July 30, 2024, I made a payment of 2950.48 ₺ for two rooms for one night through Agoda with reservation numbers 1316268684 and 1316268688. However, upon contacting the hotel, I discovered that only one room was booked. The Agoda site also shows only one room reservation. When I initiated the cancellation, I was refunded for one room, but the remaining amount was not refunded. I am unable to get support from the hotel. I request the remaining refund for the second room.
