Agoda.com Overcharged For Canceled Reservation
I recently encountered a significant issue with my last reservation on your platform. I initially booked for 10 people, but the reservation was automatically reduced to 3 people. Despite paying for three rooms, an additional ₺10,959 was charged to my account, and I received confirmation for only one room.
