I Got Charged Twice for My Agoda Perios Beach House Hotel Booking and Need a Refund
We were charged twice for the same hotel reservation. We booked a stay at Perios Beach House Hotel in June for the dates July 19–23. However, we noticed that two separate charges were applied for the exact same booking. This is a serious issue, and we expect it to be addressed promptly.
We are requesting a refund for one of the duplicate payments. Overcharging customers is unacceptable, and we would like our grievance resolved without further delay.
