I Can’t Pay with My Valid Troy Card on Agoda

I’ve been trying to make a reservation on Agoda.com using my Troy card, but the system won’t process my payment. I’ve attempted the transaction multiple times, and every time I get the same error message: “Enter a valid card number.”

There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card number—it’s correct and works flawlessly on other platforms. Despite this, Agoda refuses to accept it, and there’s no clear explanation or alternative method provided.

To make matters worse, there’s no customer support number available, which makes it impossible to get real-time assistance or escalate the issue.

Agoda, I’m asking you to immediately fix this problem and ensure that Troy cards are accepted properly during checkout. This isn’t just frustrating—it’s unacceptable for a global booking platform to fail at the most basic step: payment.
