I Cannot Get My Agoda Cashback, It's Still Processing After 4 Months


I'm not being able to get my Agoda Cashback I checked out from a hotel at Kyoto last December. It's said that the Cashback would be available 60 days after the Checkout date, which should have been this February 26th. However, it's April 29th today, and the cashback is still not available. BTW, there is no human customer support. The AI is useless and saying the same thing over and over again.
