Double Charge on Credit Card for Agoda Booking – Requesting Refund

I was charged twice by Agoda on my credit card for a booking at Hilton Colombo. The first charge occurred on October 31, 2024, and the second on November 3, 2024. The reservation details are as follows: ID 1427889945, for November 5, 2024, at 6:48 PM. I have already submitted all necessary documents to Agoda’s customer support, but I haven’t received any response. All I get are automated replies from the AI system, with no human assistance. This double charge is unacceptable, and I urgently request Agoda to refund the duplicate amount to my credit card as soon as possible. Please address this matter directly and help resolve it promptly.
